  • Jiu Jitsu With Strikes

    Jiu Jitsu With Strikes

This class focuses on how strikes change grappling. When strikes are added, we expose the flaws in some positions and highlight why others truly dominate. This makes Jiu Jitsu more complete. This class is for everyone—from advanced students looking to expand their game to beginners who want a killer workout and the confidence of knowing how to protect themselves. The goal of this class is to develop Jiu Jitsu that works “everywhere.” Sparring is always optional.

Our striking program teaches the art of eight limbs—punches, kicks, elbows, and knees—through structured drills, pad work, and technique breakdowns. Students develop striking fundamentals, timing, footwork, and conditioning in a safe and controlled setting. Whether you’re training for self-defense, fitness, or competition, this class builds confidence, endurance, and striking effectiveness. Sparring is always optional. Students are encouraged to bring 16oz gloves, shin guards, and a mouth piece.
