This class focuses on how strikes change grappling. When strikes are added, we expose the flaws in some positions and highlight why others truly dominate. This makes Jiu Jitsu more complete. This class is for everyone—from advanced students looking to expand their game to beginners who want a killer workout and the confidence of knowing how to protect themselves. The goal of this class is to develop Jiu Jitsu that works “everywhere.” Sparring is always optional.
